Sharpening<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Precise sharpening machines are essential for professional sawyers. We offer the ZENZ dry grinding machine and the ZENZ wet grinding machine. Precision is crucial here in order to achieve optimum sharpening results. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is because the saw blades also have a short service life<\/strong> on a poor band saw. The initial price advantage of an inexpensive automatic sharpening machine quickly turns into a real cost factor. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

For optimum cutting quality and a long service life of the saw blade, it is important to check the tension regularly and tighten it if necessary. If this is neglected, the band saws will cut inaccurately. In our sharpening service, we check the tension of all band saw blades and resharpen them if necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n
