Assembly manager in the field of log band saws

As an assembly manager in the field of log band saws, you will manage and coordinate our assembly team and ensure that our sawmills are delivered on time.

Tasks

  • Management and coordination of employees in the assembly area
  • Procurement of materials
  • Responsibility for ensuring that deliveries are made on time
  • Employee briefing
  • Coordination of maintenance and repairs
  • New design and optimization of our sawmills
  • Documentation and final acceptance of the sawmills
  • Calculation
  • Negotiation with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a metal construction/agricultural machinery foreman, mechanical engineering technician or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SolidWorks
  • Specialist knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics
  • Ability to work in a team, negotiating skills and resilience
  • Good technical understanding and ability to work independently
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Class B driver’s license
